You can return products to us within 14 days without any problems. In advance, please inform us by email to shop(at), which products you want to return, and in which condition they are. We will be happy to cover the cost of the return and will send you a return label by email.

For sealed goods that cannot be returned for hygiene or health reasons, please note the following:

A full refund of your paid amount can only be made if the goods are in their original condition – i.e. sealed (i.e. unopened, unused and undamaged) when we receive them. Otherwise, we reserve the right to retain up to 20 % of the sales price. Gift vouchers cannot be returned.

You will only have to pay for any loss of value of the goods if it is due to your handling the goods in a manner not necessary for the inspection of the condition, properties and functioning.

As soon as we receive your return, we will process it as quickly as possible and send you back the amount to be refunded.

We recommend that you keep your return receipt until your return has been processed, as in case of doubt you will need to prove that you have deposited the goods with a delivery company in order to avoid bearing the risk for the return.
