Mild, alcohol-free toners that strengthen the skin barrier are recommended for sensitive skin. Facial toners are used as the second step in the care routine: after thoroughly cleansing with a cleanser, apply the facial toner with a cotton pad. This removes any remaining traces of dirt or excess sebum.
