Returns

You can easily return products to us within 14 days. Please notify us in advance by email at shop(at)dasparfum-beauty.de, indicating which products you would like to return and their condition. We are happy to cover the cost of the return and will send you a return label via email.

Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment. Original shipping fees, duties, taxes, or tariffs are not refundable. Please note that it may take approximately 10-14 working days for the refund to be credited to your payment method after we receive and process your return.

All shipping costs associated with your order are non-refundable. In addition, costs for return shipping and processing are not refundable.

For sealed goods that cannot be returned for hygiene or health protection reasons, the following applies:
A full refund of your paid amount can only be made if the goods are in their original condition – that is, sealed (i.e., unopened, unused, and undamaged) when they arrive at our premises. Otherwise, we reserve the right to withhold up to 20% of the sales price. Gift vouchers cannot be returned.

You will only be liable for any diminished value of the goods if this loss of value is due to handling that is not necessary for checking the condition, properties, and functionality of the goods.

Once we have received your return, we will process it as quickly as possible and issue a refund.
We ask for your patience, as the processing and refund may take between 5 and 10 working days. Once the processing of your return is complete, we will promptly notify you by email.

We recommend that you keep the receipt of the return until the processing of your return is complete, as you will need to prove that you have handed over the goods to a shipping service provider in case of dispute, to avoid bearing the risk of the return.
